In San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, we proudly developed Verde Heights Subdivision, a 15-hectare housing project with 1,587 homes, and University Heights Subdivision, a 28-hectare residential community with 279 lots. Both projects were completed and fully sold, a testament to our reliability and customer trust. We also delivered University Residences at San Jose, another successful housing development that reinforced our reputation for excellence.

Apart from our flagship residential developments, FSPHI also offers strategically located commercial spaces for lease across San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. These properties are situated in key barangays including Muzon, Gaya-gaya, Poblacion, and Kaypian—each designed to provide accessible and thriving venues for local enterprises.
